In this fun-filled day of color-play, you will learn how to:
• Create a sense of visual “vibration” with color
• Use complementary colors, contrast in light and shadow, and warm/cool temperatures of color to your advantage
• Control your edges and make a brushstroke count
• Build layers of paint for visual excitement
Come ready to explore and see color in a new light!
Supplies needed:
Plein air gear including:
Palette and tripod
Brushes, paint colors (any colors, oil and/or Acrylic)
Can or small bucket for solvent or water
Paper towels
Sketchpad and pen
Bugspray
Drinking water
*Workshop require a minimum enrollment of 3 participants
