Workshop Policies & Guidelines
Registration & Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
• Workshops require a minimum of three participants to run. If the minimum is not met, the workshop will be canceled and all registrants will receive a full refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop: eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop: non‑refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, please email Lolly Brown at chestnuts.marketing@gmail.com so we can update the roster.
Workshop Changes
• In the event of instructor illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, The Chestnut Group may reschedule or cancel a workshop. If rescheduled dates do not work for you, you will receive a full refund.
Attendance & Materials
• Please arrive on time and bring all required materials listed in the workshop description.
• Some workshops may include outdoor components; participants are responsible for dressing appropriately for weather and terrain.
Photography & Media
• Photos may be taken during workshops for promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
